What helps get you an accurate quote
- Your address. So we can confirm you're in our area and plan the visit.
- What you want. A new deck, composite or pressure-treated, a screened porch or covered deck, repairs, or new stairs and railings.
- Rough size and height. Even a guess helps, like "about 12 by 16, off the back door, about 8 feet up."
- Existing deck problems. Soft boards, a loose railing, wobbly stairs, or rot near the house.
- Photos (optional). After we talk, a few photos of the house wall and yard can help the builder prepare for the visit.
